SAGA MELINA was founded by Saga Gevargez who’s always had an interest in form and design. Saga led projects for the UN until she hit her head in a traffic accident. The damage to the brain caused her not being able to continue working the way she previously had – but instead she got a flowing creativity. She became a silversmith and studied stone mounting for just over two years. This was the start of the SAGA MELINA brand.

SAGA MELINA is a young brand. The jewellery stands for quality and design with great emphasis on craftsmanship and functionality. The blend of clean lines and simple shapes are combined into a dramatic whole. From smaller, neat jewelry to more expressive statement jewelry, each piece of jewelry is created to breathe self-confidence and promote an individual style.

The collections are made in Sweden in 925 sterling silver, copper, brass and vegetable tanned leather from environmentally certified Tärnsjö Garveri.
